SUISHENHAO LEGAL
Acceptable Use Policy
Acceptable Use Policy
1. Purpose and Scope
This Policy is intended to protect users, communications parties, third-party service providers, and the platform from fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and unlawful activity. All accounts, clients, gateways, APIs, and subscriptions are subject to this Policy.
2. Basic Principles and Definitions
A “gateway device” means a device on which the Suishenhao Android gateway application is installed and which is bound to a user’s account; “SIM” includes the physical SIM actually supported by the product or other expressly supported cellular-line credentials; “communications data” includes SMS content, verification codes, incoming-call events, and related metadata.
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes, and you must have ownership of, or sufficient authorization for, the devices, SIMs, numbers, and communications you bind.
3. Expressly Prohibited Conduct
Unauthorized access to, interception of, monitoring of, retention of, or forwarding of another person’s communications, including covertly installing the gateway application, or bypassing device locks, account verification, or other access controls.
Using SMS messages, verification codes, or numbers to commit identity theft, account takeover, phishing, payment fraud, false registration, or impersonation, or to evade, bypass, or interfere with the security verification, risk controls, or access controls of banks, social platforms, e-commerce sites, or other third parties.
Buying, selling, renting, or bulk-reselling OTPs or verification codes; operating public verification-code receiving services, shared SIM pools, number pools, bulk-registration nodes, or renting out numbers/communications access to unspecified third parties.
Sending marketing SMS, autodialed calls, or spam without lawful consent; using automated means for bulk SMS, bot registrations, group control, number flooding, or bulk verification.
Stalking, harassment, threats, extortion, human trafficking, illegal transactions, distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or other activities that infringe the rights of others or violate the law.
Malicious scanning, denial-of-service, injection attacks, credential stuffing, token theft, bypassing rate limits/billing or security controls, or unauthorized access to platform systems.
4. Specific Federal-Law Restrictions
You may not intercept or access communications or computer systems in a manner that violates ECPA, SCA, or CFAA.
If you use the Service to send marketing SMS, automated SMS, or similar communications, you are responsible for complying with the TCPA and applicable FCC rules and for obtaining the consent required by law.
It is strictly prohibited to use the Service for money laundering, terrorist financing, violations of OFAC sanctions, export controls, or other U.S. federal trade restrictions.
If we learn of content or activity involving CSAM or other matters that the law requires to be reported, we may report it to NCMEC or another competent authority as permitted by law and take the necessary preservation and restriction measures.
5. Third-Party Rules
Suishenhao does not guarantee that third-party banks, social platforms, e-commerce websites, carriers, or other services permit the use of verification codes or remote communications through the Service. You bear the corresponding risk of account bans, restrictions, or losses caused by your violation of third-party terms of service, risk-control rules, or carrier restrictions.
6. Monitoring, Enforcement, and Appeals
To maintain security, we may detect abuse based on login behavior, number of devices, sending frequency, abnormal traffic, payment risk, complaints, and other reasonable signals. Except as required by law or necessary to handle a security incident, we do not analyze communications content for advertising purposes.
For clear emergency risks to personal safety, CSAM, terrorist financing, serious fraud, system attacks, or situations required by law, we may immediately suspend or terminate the relevant account and report as required by law. In other cases, we may, depending on severity, warn, restrict, require re-verification, suspend, or terminate the account, and will, to the extent reasonably practicable, notify you of the reason and the channel to appeal.
7. Force Majeure and Service Limitations
Service interruptions caused by telecommunications carrier networks, the internet, third-party platforms, government action, natural disasters, large-scale cyberattacks, or other causes beyond reasonable control do not constitute grounds for users to be excused from abuse, nor do they change the prohibitions in this Policy.
8. Policy Changes
We may update this Policy based on abuse patterns, laws, carrier policies, and product changes. Material changes will be notified through reasonable means.
