SUISHENHAO LEGAL
Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy
1. Scope of This Policy
This Policy explains how Suishenhao collects, uses, retains, discloses, and protects personal information in providing the website, web client, mobile client, Android gateway, account, billing, and support services. The Communications Data Consent also applies to the processing of communications content.
2. Information We May Collect
Account information: email address, username or display name, protected password information, verification status, account creation time, security settings, and language/time-zone preferences.
Device and technical information: device identifiers, model, operating system and application versions, IP address, online status, network status, necessary technical identifiers for the SIM/line, binding relationships, push tokens, and troubleshooting data.
Communications data: when you expressly enable the relevant features, this may include SMS message content, verification codes, sender/recipient numbers or identifiers, timestamps, message status, incoming-call numbers or identifiers, incoming-call events, and SMS messages or remote commands affirmatively initiated by you.
Payment and subscription information: plan, price, currency, billing period, payment result, refund status, and identifiers such as Customer, Subscription, and Invoice returned by the payment processor. Complete bank card information is usually processed directly by the payment processor.
Usage and security information: login and session information, unusual logins, error logs, crash information, security incidents, and support requests.
3. Sources of Information
Information may come from what you provide directly, what is automatically generated by your authorized gateway device and client, necessary status returned by payment/email/cloud service providers, and information reasonably obtained for fraud prevention, security, and compliance with legal obligations.
4. How We Use Information
We use information to create and protect accounts; verify email addresses and identity; bind and manage gateways; provide SMS, incoming-call, and device-status features; process subscriptions, refunds, and billing; send registration, password-reset, security, and service notices; detect fraud and unauthorized access; troubleshoot and maintain the Service; fulfill legal obligations; and protect legitimate interests.
We follow the principle of data minimization: we do not collect or retain communications data that is clearly unnecessary for purposes unrelated to the Service.
5. Communications Content and Advertising Separation
We do not sell SMS message content, verification codes, contact information, or call content, and we do not use such communications content for content-based advertising targeting or advertising profiling. If Suishenhao shares some infrastructure with other device-management or advertising businesses, communications content must be subject to logical and permission-based separation.
6. Service Providers and Disclosure
We may disclose limited information to service providers necessary to perform specific services, such as payment, transactional email, cloud hosting, monitoring, security, error analysis, or customer-support providers. Service providers may process data only to the extent necessary to provide the corresponding services and are bound by contractual and security obligations.
We may disclose relevant information as required by law in response to valid legal process, court orders, lawful government requests, or when necessary to protect life, prevent fraud, investigate serious abuse, or safeguard platform security. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, information may be transferred with the business and will continue to be subject to applicable privacy obligations.
7. Cookies, Analytics, and Marketing
The website may use cookies or similar technologies necessary for login, security, sessions, and basic performance. If non-essential analytics or advertising-tracking tools are used in the future, we will provide explanations and choices to the extent required by applicable law.
Registration verification, password reset, billing, and security notices are transactional or relationship messages. Marketing emails will be distinguished from transactional messages and will include truthful sender information and an unsubscribe mechanism in accordance with the applicable requirements of the CAN-SPAM Act.
8. Data Retention
Account profile: retained for as long as the account exists, and handled after account deletion in accordance with this Policy and the Account & Data Deletion Policy.
Cloud communications history: retained for up to 30 days by default, unless the product interface offers a shorter period or the user deletes it proactively; once the user disables the cloud-history feature, new message content is no longer retained for history-viewing purposes.
Security and diagnostic logs: usually retained for no more than 180 days; retention may be extended for a reasonable period when necessary to investigate a specific security incident, fraud, or dispute.
Subscription, payment, refund, tax, and accounting records: may be retained for up to 7 years, or longer if required by law, as needed to comply with applicable law, tax, audit, and dispute-resolution requirements.
Backups: data deleted from active systems may be temporarily retained in encrypted backups and is usually overwritten or purged within the 30-day backup rotation cycle.
9. Cross-Border Transfers and Service Locations
Suishenhao is designed to allow the gateway device and the remote user to be in different countries, so data may be transmitted across borders over the internet and processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate. Regardless of the processing location, we will protect data with reasonable encryption, access controls, and contractual measures.
10. Security and Security Incidents
We employ measures commensurate with the sensitivity of the data. Data is encrypted and protected through password protection, access controls, device binding, least privilege, and log monitoring. No system can guarantee absolute security.
If a data security incident occurs that requires notice under the law, we will fulfill our notification obligations in accordance with applicable U.S. federal law and other applicable laws that cannot be excluded.
11. Your Choices and the Privacy Controls We Provide
Even though U.S. federal law does not uniformly provide all users with comprehensive data-access or deletion rights, we still provide reasonable product-level controls, including accessing and updating account profile, unbinding devices, deleting communications history (where supported), canceling subscriptions, requesting account deletion, requesting a copy of account data, and withdrawing authorization for future processing of communications content.
To prevent unauthorized requests, we may verify the requester’s identity to a reasonably necessary extent, but we will not require sensitive identity materials that clearly exceed what the risk requires.
12. Children’s Privacy
Suishenhao is available for registration only to users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly provide the Service to, or collect personal information from, minors under the age of 18. If we learn that information of a minor under the age of 18 has been submitted to the Service, we will take reasonable steps to delete it in accordance with COPPA and other applicable laws, and may close the relevant account.
13. Policy Updates
We may update this Policy due to changes in product features, service providers, laws, or data practices. Material changes will be notified through reasonable means such as the website, the application, or email.
