SUISHENHAO LEGAL
Account & Data Deletion Policy
Account & Data Deletion Policy
1. Purpose of This Policy
Suishenhao provides users with a mechanism for deleting accounts and related data. This Policy explains how to make a request, how deletion affects subscriptions and gateway devices, what data is deleted, and which records may continue to be retained for security, financial, or legal reasons. This deletion mechanism is our product commitment; U.S. federal law does not uniformly provide a comprehensive deletion right for all general consumer accounts.
2. How to Delete Your Account
Users can do so in “Settings → Account → Delete Account.”
To protect the account, we may require re-login, an email verification code, two-factor verification, or other verification commensurate with the risk. Except in cases of high-risk fraud or where required by law.
3. Before You Delete
Before confirming deletion, please unbind the gateway and SIM; stop future automatic renewals within your own control; after deletion is complete, the account cannot be recovered.
4. Subscription Handling
Once the user confirms account deletion, the system will send an instruction to the subscription systems under its control to stop future recurring charges. For subscriptions managed by the payment platform, future renewals should be canceled or set to terminate at the end of the current period, and charges already incurred and refunds are handled in accordance with the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
5. Deletion vs. De-identification
For data that the user requests to be deleted and for which there is no lawful reason for retention, we perform deletion.
For the limited records that must be retained for legal, tax, anti-fraud, dispute, or security reasons, we may restrict their use, store them in isolation, or de-identify them where feasible. De-identification is not equivalent to completing deletion of the original identifiable data; we will not use retained data for purposes incompatible with the reason for retention.
6. Data Usually Deleted
Account profile and personal preferences; gateway bindings, push tokens, and remote-access credentials; communications history in active systems; non-essential device status and usage data; and support materials that can reasonably be deleted.
7. Data That May Be Retained and Retention Periods
Payment, refund, tax, and accounting records: up to 7 years, or longer if required by applicable law;
Security, anti-fraud, and login logs: usually no more than 180 days, but records related to an ongoing investigation, dispute, or legal preservation may be retained until the matter concludes;
Materials needed for legal proceedings or claims: retained until the relevant obligations, disputes, or statutes of limitation reasonably conclude.
8. Active Systems and Backup Deletion Cycles
Eligible standard account-deletion requests are usually deleted from active systems, or placed into a non-recoverable deletion queue, within 30 days. Deleted data may temporarily exist in access-controlled backups and is usually overwritten or purged within the normal 30-day backup rotation cycle. We will not restore data from backups in order to continue using the data of a deleted account.
9. Gateway Local Data and Third-Party Systems
Deleting a Suishenhao account does not necessarily delete data independently held by the Android device, the SIM card, the carrier, the payment platform, the email system, or other third parties. If the device is online and the product supports remote cleanup, we may attempt to carry out the applicable operations, but you should still uninstall the application, clean up local data, and manage your SIM/carrier account yourself. Third parties may continue to retain necessary records in accordance with their legal and contractual obligations.
10. Data Export
We do not provide any data-export service; users can save their SMS and call data themselves through the client gateway.
11. Accounts of Minors
Suishenhao is available for registration only to users aged 18 and older. If we learn that information of a minor under the age of 18 has been submitted without proper authorization, we will take reasonable deletion measures in accordance with COPPA and other applicable laws and close the relevant account.
12. Re-registration After Deletion
You may register again after account deletion, but a new account will not restore the old communications history, device bindings, or subscription benefits. To prevent fraud and security risks, we may retain minimally necessary risk identifiers for a reasonable period.
