SUISHENHAO LEGAL
Communications Data Consent
Communications Data Consent
1. Why Express Authorization Is Required
Suishenhao’s core features require processing SMS messages, incoming-call events, and related technical information between your own gateway device and a remote client. Because communications content is highly private, this Consent is used to obtain your express authorization for these processing activities and to explain the scope of processing, the risks, and how to withdraw.
2. Data You Authorize Us to Process
SMS message content, including any verification codes, account notices, financial notices, or other text it may contain;
SMS sender/recipient numbers or identifiers, timestamps, message status, and necessary routing information;
Incoming-call numbers or identifiers, call times, and event information such as ringing/missed (limited to what the product actually supports);
SMS-sending requests and device-control commands that you affirmatively submit;
Device online status, network status, application version, necessary technical information about the SIM/line, and security logs.
3. Purposes and Limits of Processing
Presenting to you the communications received by your own gateway device; carrying out communications or device-management operations that you affirmatively initiate; syncing device status; troubleshooting; preventing account takeover, fraud, and unauthorized access; and fulfilling legal obligations.
We do not rely on this authorization to mine content unrelated to the Service, build marketing profiles, or sell communications content to advertisers.
4. Federal Communications Law and Your Authorization Responsibilities
U.S. federal laws such as ECPA and SCA restrict unauthorized interception of, and access to, electronic communications. This Service may only process devices and communications to which you have a right of access.
Your consent only authorizes Suishenhao to process communications that you are lawfully entitled to process, and does not obtain consent from other participants in the communications on your behalf. If the law requires the consent of another party, you are responsible for obtaining that consent before using the relevant features.
You may not use the Service to bypass access controls on third-party accounts, defraud others, obtain verification codes to which you have no right, or commit other unlawful acts.
5. Cloud Transmission and Service Providers
The gateway device, servers, and client may be located in different countries. To provide remote access, data may be transmitted across borders over the internet and processed, for short periods or continuously, by the cloud infrastructure needed to provide the Service. Data is encrypted and protected by reasonable measures such as access controls and contractual restrictions. Except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law, we will not disclose communications content to independent advertisers.
6. Storage and Retention
If cloud communications history is enabled, message content is retained for up to 30 days by default, unless you choose a shorter period in the product interface or delete it proactively. After cloud history is disabled, new message content is no longer retained for history-viewing purposes.
Message/call metadata and diagnostic logs are usually retained for no more than 180 days; retention may be reasonably extended when necessary to investigate a security incident, fraud, or dispute.
After you delete data proactively, it will be removed from active systems as soon as possible; deleted data may continue to exist in protected backups and is usually overwritten within the 30-day backup rotation cycle.
7. Verification Codes and Third-Party Account Risks
Suishenhao is not a verification-code issuer, bank, payment institution, or third-party authentication authority. Third parties may, on their own, restrict logins from other locations, device types, or verification-code use. We do not guarantee that verification codes will arrive, arrive in time, or be accepted by third parties, and we are not responsible for account-restriction decisions that third parties make based on their own risk controls.
8. Advertising and Automated Analysis
We do not use SMS message content, verification codes, or call content for advertising targeting. If spam-SMS detection, security screening, or other automated content-analysis features are added in the future, we will explain their purpose before enabling them and will provide a reasonable option for human review or for turning them off when they would materially affect user interests.
9. Your Choices and Withdrawal
You can stop future processing of communications data by disabling the relevant features, revoking Android permissions, unbinding the device, or deleting your account. After withdrawal, the relevant SMS/incoming-call/remote-management features may become unavailable. For data already retained before withdrawal, we will delete or retain it in accordance with Section 6 of this document and the Account & Data Deletion Policy.
10. Security Incidents
If a security incident creates a material risk to communications data, we will take containment, investigation, and remediation measures and will issue the necessary notices when required by applicable U.S. federal law or other laws that cannot be excluded.
11. How Express Consent Is Obtained
When communications features are first enabled, your authorization must be obtained through a separate, un-checked confirmation box or an equivalent express action, for example: “I consent to Suishenhao processing and transmitting the SMS content, incoming-call events, and related device data of my bound SIM in order to provide me with remote communications features, and I confirm that I have the right to access these communications.”
