SUISHENHAO LEGAL
Device & SIM Authorization
Device & SIM Authorization Agreement
1. Purpose of This Statement
Because Suishenhao can process SIM-related SMS messages, incoming-call events, and device status through an Android gateway device designated by the user, your lawful authority over the device, SIM, and related communications must be confirmed before binding. This Statement forms part of the Terms of Service.
2. Your Express Representations and Warranties
You are at least 18 years old and have the authority to make this authorization.
You are the owner of the device and SIM to be bound, or you have obtained clear, valid, and sufficient authorization from the person or organization entitled to grant it.
You have the right to view and manage the communications received or sent by that SIM, and you will satisfy, on your own, any notice, consent, or confidentiality requirements that the law imposes with respect to other participants in the communications.
You will not install the gateway on a device without the knowledge or authorization of the person concerned, and you will not use the Service to covertly monitor, intercept, or access communications to which you have no right of access.
You will not use the device or SIM as a public verification-code node, shared card pool, number-rental service, or for any other purpose prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy.
3. Express Authorization for Communications Access
You expressly authorize Suishenhao to process and transmit communications data between your gateway device and your signed-in client solely to provide you with the features you have selected. This authorization does not mean that the Operator obtains an independent right of access to third-party communications, nor does it expand the legal authority you otherwise have.
You confirm that if the communications contain another person’s messages or personal information, you have lawful authority to process those communications; if you do not, you must not enable or continue to use the relevant features.
4. Limits on Remote Commands
The platform sends remote commands only based on your explicit actions or automation settings that you have expressly enabled in advance. Operations involving sending SMS messages, unbinding, deleting data, or other actions that may affect the state of communications must be affirmatively triggered by you or expressly authorized in the product interface.
Application updates may be performed in accordance with the automatic-update settings you choose, but will not be used to bypass Android permissions, security controls, or to obtain control of the device unrelated to the Service.
5. Device Permissions and Operating System Settings
Some features may require SMS, phone-status, notification, background-operation, auto-start, network, or other Android permissions. The product will explain the purpose of permissions in reasonable locations. You may withdraw permissions, but the relevant features may not work after withdrawal.
6. Device Transfer, Loss, or SIM Changes
If a device or SIM is lost, sold, gifted, decommissioned, subject to a card or number change, or otherwise ceases to be under your control, you should immediately unbind it, sign out sessions, and take the card-suspension or protection measures provided by the carrier.
7. Business, Family, and Agency Scenarios
If the device or SIM belongs to a business, employer, family member, or other third party, you must obtain the authorization required by law and organizational policy before binding. Technical control capability by itself does not mean you have the right to view private communications.
8. Withdrawal of Authorization and Subscription Relationship
You may withdraw future authorization by disabling communications permissions, unbinding the gateway, or deleting your account. After withdrawal, we will stop new processing of the relevant communications, and historical data will be handled in accordance with the Communications Data Consent and the Account & Data Deletion Policy.
Unbinding the gateway only stops the device’s data synchronization and control, and does not by itself cancel a paid subscription. To stop future recurring charges, please also cancel the subscription through the Billing page in your account or the payment processor’s customer portal; when you delete your account, the platform will stop future automatic renewals within its own control.
9. Electronic Confirmation
When you accept this Statement through an un-checked confirmation box, by clicking “Confirm and bind,” or through another express electronic action, you agree that the electronic record may be used to evidence your authorization.
10. Consequences of Violation
If there are reasonable grounds to believe that a device or SIM is unauthorized, or involves covert surveillance, fraud, verification-code dealing, or other unlawful activity, we may immediately restrict the device or account and take preservation, reporting, or other measures as required by law.
